Nope! Just check our calendar to make sure we’re in-season, then come out to a training (info here) and introduce yourself. A member of the coaching or player leadership staff will assess your experience level and help get you caught up.

Yes, we have growing youth programs for U10 and U14. Visit our youth rugby page to learn more, find contact info, and submit any specific questions about Brooklyn Youth Rugby.

Absolutely! Feel free to come out to a practice any time while on Spring/Summer break. We’re always happy to have college students join us in the off-season for training and matches.

We recommend a pair of cleats, turf shoes, or training shoes, water, and comfortable athletic clothing. If you’re interested in starting contact on your first day, bring a mouthguard as well!
